You may request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible.

  • Items must be unusedunwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging.

  • Returns for refund are not accepted. We offer store credit or exchanges only.

  • Archive, discounted, or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping fees, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

To request an exchange, please contact [email protected] or message us on Instagram. Once approved, exchanges are processed within 10 business days.

For international orders, shipping is handled by FedEx or DHL. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll replace it or offer store credit.
