We offer Standard Home Delivery with FEDEX and DHL:
We will deliver your parcel within 4-6 business days, excluding customs processing times. During high season, delivery might take a little longer. Please note that HWS is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at Customs.
Import taxes, local taxes and customs duties
Please note that the prices on cos.com do not include local sales tax or VAT. If local taxes are to be borne by you, it will be presented in the checkout. If the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit in your market, extra fees might be applied for import taxes and custom duties upon delivery. COS does not compensate these charges. You can check with your local Customs Office for more information.
How to pay these fees?
Once the parcel has entered the destination market it will be held by Customs for clearance. During this time, import duties and tax fees (should they apply) will be calculated by the present authority. Our transport partner will contact you once the order has reached the local Customs and inform you what you need to pay before the order can go through customs.
Bank fees
Please note that your bank might add additional fees for cross border payments. HWS does not compensate these charges.
